Coherence. Sit with the word for a minute and let it sink in. It feels good- integrated, natural. It evokes something whole, grounded, and unmistakably true.

Coaching is about bringing into coherence who you are, what matters most to you, and how you choose to move through the world. We collect expectations, obligations, identities, and responsibilities until it’s difficult to hear our own voice. Something feels off, but we can’t always see why, or what needs to change. Coaching is an opportunity to pause, create space, and uncover the through line that connects it all.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and perspectives shaping your life so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment. A coach is a lighthouse, helping to illuminate overlooked areas and opportunities. My role is to ask powerful questions that help you discover your own answers, hanging out beneath the surface.

My approach to coaching comes both from being coached for the last 5 years and from 15 years of experience helping organizations distill complexity to its essence and express that essence with clarity and creativity. Like everything we do at Honest, this work is grounded in curiosity, intuition, connection to self, and a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of being human. I work with the i4 Neuroleader Methodology through the About My Brain Institute, grounded in neuroscience and leadership, and Accomplishment Coaching, an ontological approach centered on the study of being.

I'm currently completing both certifications on my path toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation. During this certification period, I'm offering coaching sessions at a significantly reduced introductory rate.
