Coherence.

Sit with the word for a minute and let it sink in.

It feels good- right, aligned, natural. It feels whole. Grounded. Unmistakably true.

To me, that’s what coaching has always been about.

We spend much of our lives collecting expectations, responsibilities, ambitions, and ideas about who we’re supposed to be. Over time, it can become difficult to hear our own voice beneath the noise.

Coaching creates the space to listen again.

A coach is a lighthouse, illuminating places that are difficult to see from within our own lives. My role isn't to provide answers, but to ask the kinds of questions that help you uncover your own.

Not by becoming someone new, but by uncovering the through line that brings everything else into focus.

What I believe

I don't believe people need fixing.

I believe they need clarity.

When we begin to see ourselves more clearly, decisions become easier. Relationships become healthier. Work becomes more meaningful. We stop building lives that look right from the outside and begin creating lives that fit us so naturally, we can sink deeply into them.

Perhaps you recognize this

Many of the people drawn to this work are at a transition. Others have accomplished what they once wanted, only to realize they’re no longer sure it’s what they want now.

Some are simply thoughtful people.
Curious.
Capable.

People who care deeply about living well.
They've built meaningful lives, but sense there's another layer waiting to be uncovered.

Or maybe there's simply a quiet knowing that something important is asking for attention.

Not another achievement.
Or identity.

Something quieter.

More honest.

More fully their own.

Sometimes it's enough to recognize that something essential is asking to be heard.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

You don't even need to know exactly what you're looking for.

My approach is informed by ongoing training in neuroscience through the About My Brain Institute and ontological coaching- the study of being- through Accomplishment Coaching. I'm currently completing both certifications on my path toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation. During this certification period, I'm offering coaching at an introductory rate.

If you found yourself somewhere in these words, perhaps it's time for a conversation.
