Vessel
A Living Atlas of Self
A Living Atlas of Self
A six-month guided immersion in the world of being you, culminating in a fully realized, one-of-one printed personal magazine.
Part personal atlas, part sacred workbook, part creative practice, part life architecture, Vessel gathers the dimensions of self that are so often held separately: your essence, values, patterns, needs, rhythms, relationships, archetypes, boundaries, time, environment, symbols, mythology, dreams, creative instincts, style, body, rituals, and vision.
Over six months, we explore these dimensions together—not to arrive at a fixed definition of who you are, but to recognize the through-line already moving through your life, deepen your relationship with it, and begin giving it form.
Vessel brings together three distinct bodies of work: the depth and movement of Through-Line coaching, the editorial sensitivity of magazine-making, and the clarity and expression of brand and creative direction.
The process is both inward and creative. We uncover, articulate, test, refine, and ultimately shape what emerges into something you can see, hold, and return to.
The work follows a larger movement:
Remember
Recognize
See what is true now.
Awaken
Notice what is still alive.
Reorient
Find your bearings within yourself again.
We begin by noticing what has persisted: the recurring qualities, longings, instincts, creative impulses, symbols, environments, and moments of vitality that reveal the through-line of who you have been.
This is less about inventing an identity than learning to recognize what has been there all along.
Know
Reclaim
Take back authority, choice, and ownership.
Emerge
Become visible through new choices.
Be
Exist without performing.
Land
Come into the body and the present life.
Rest
Stop living as though urgency or proof is always required.
Know
Develop lived self-knowing.
You begin reclaiming what belongs to you, experimenting with new choices, becoming visible without performing, coming more fully into your body and present life, and developing a quieter, more grounded trust in what you know.
Rather than simply understanding yourself conceptually, you begin building evidence through experience: what supports you, what diminishes you, what is yours to protect, what you want to create, and how you know when you are moving in or out of alignment with yourself.
Inhabit
Bring what you know into form.
Your inner life begins shaping your outer one.
Your work. Your home. Your relationships. Your body. Your style. Your creative practice. Your boundaries. Your time. Your rituals. Your environment. Your leadership. Your future.
This is where your unique creative expression comes to life—not as a performance of identity, but as the natural consequence of living in deeper relationship with yourself.
What has been remembered and known begins to become visible.
Vessel is not a fixed definition of who you are. It is a living record of the world of being you—and a place to return as that world continues to deepen, expand, and unfold.
The Magazine
Throughout our six months together, we are gathering more than insight.
Your writing, reflections, images, language, symbols, discoveries, stories, creative work, preferences, and evolving understanding of yourself become the raw material for a one-of-one printed magazine.
At the completion of our work, I bring together what we have created and draw on my background in publishing, editorial direction, photography, brand strategy, creative direction, and design to shape it into a fully realized personal edition in the same physical format and editorial spirit as Honest Magazine.
The process is inherently collaborative.
The substance is unmistakably yours: your language, your imagery, your stories, your discoveries, your creative expressions, your world.
My role is to listen for the through-line; coach and question where deeper clarity is available; edit and synthesize what has emerged; and create a visual and editorial structure capable of holding it with beauty, intelligence, and coherence.
The result is a professionally designed and printed personal magazine made specifically for you.
Not a report about who you are.
Not a workbook completed and put away.
A physical artifact of a period in your life when you chose to pay extraordinary attention to the world of being you.
A magazine to live with, return to, and continue becoming inside of.
